Yes. The Nero is a wood-burning fireplace and requires connection to a compatible chimney flue or venting system. Please follow your local building codes for wood-burning stove installation requirements.
The Nero is designed for seasoned hardwood logs. Seasoned wood has been dried for at least 6 to 12 months, which produces cleaner, more efficient burns with less smoke.
Wipe the glass panel daily or after each use with a damp cloth or glass cleaner designed for fireplace use. This keeps the viewing surface clear so you can enjoy the full flame display.
The Nero measures just 45 cm wide and 40 cm deep, making it compact enough for apartments and smaller rooms. However, you will need to confirm that your building permits wood-burning appliances and has a compatible venting system.
We offer 30-day returns. Please visit our Return Policy page for full terms and conditions before initiating a return.
The Nero delivers up to 7.5 kW of heat output through its efficient combustion system. The perforated chimney pipe promotes consistent airflow for even, clean burning.
